In this dungeon you will encounter rabbits (Pols Voice) for the first time. These creatures are very resistant to sword strikes, so I recommend killing them with your arrows.

Start by going right and killing all the rabbits with your bow to get a key (1). Go back left, go up, blast a hole to the left, then another hole to the left (2) and take the staircase after killing the blue knights. Go down, take the key and blast a hole to the right to buy extra bombs (max 12 instead of 8) (3).

Return to the staircase, go left and kill all the Darknuts to be able to push the middle block (1) and obtain the flute (a whistle according to the manual). Go back right and take the staircase again. Go right twice then kill the 3 mummies (Gibdos) to go up (1) and kill the 3 Dodongos. Go left, take the key, kill all the Zols, go back right, go up and take the map. Go back down, go right, go up and kill all the Gibdos to get a key. Go up and kill the 3 Darknuts to get the compass (3). Go up again, take the key and go left. Kill all the mummies again to get a key. Go left again and get ready to face the boss: Digdogger.

The boss is called Digdogger and is fairly easy to beat: simply play the flute first (1), then kill him with the sword once he has shrunk.
